Description of Slurry Pump:

wear life of its components. This type of pump typically used in process plant transfers, wet waste processes,

 recycling-washing plants, sand plant duties, heavy minerals processing, mineral recovery and chemical process 

plant.

Casting, shaft, throat bush, front liner, back liner, wear plate, case, cover, stuffing box, lantern restrictor, 

cover plate bolt, volute, throat bush, shaft sleeve, cover plate liner, frame plate liner ,neck ring, expeller ring,

closed impeller, open impeller.

Working principle for Slurry Pump:

They are designed for handling more abrasive with solids slurries in the river dredging, Sand reclamation, Sugar beet , explosive sludge in metal melting, grudging in dredger and course of river and other fields.

Long bearing life: The bearing assembly is with large diameter shaft and short overhang.

Wear resistant wet parts: The wet parts are made of Ni hard and high chromium abrasion resistance alloys. (more than 26% Chrome alloy).

The frame plate for  pumps have replaceable wear-resistant metal liners or rubber liners. The impellers are made of wear-resistant metal or rubber.
