1. Applications

1.1 Rated voltage U0/U should be 450/750 V~600/1000V

U0~Valid value of the voltage between main insulated conductor and earthing (metal shield, metal sheath of environment dielectric).

U~valid value of voltage between any two phases conductor in multicourse cable or single core cable system.

When AC. System is applied, the rated voltage of cables should be at least equal to the nominal voltage of the system. When DC. System is applied; the nominal voltage of this system should not be more than the rated voltage of the system by 1.5 times.

1.2 The permitting long-term operating temperature of cable conductor should be

PVC insulation: 70

Chemical Sioplascable: 90

Irradiation XLPE :105~135

1.3 The installing temperature of cable should not be less than 0.

Recommending permitted bending radius:

Non-armored cable: not less than the overall diameter f cable by 6 times

Shielded flexible cable: not less than the overall diameter of cable by 6 times

1.Standard

The control cable can be produced according to the standard GB9330-1988,IEC,DIN,BS,and the factory can also manufacture the cables in accordance with other standards.

2.Scope of Application

The control cable are suitable for the wiring of electrical controlling equipments and instrument,monitoring and controlling return circuit,electrical protection and measurement in power distribution unit under the circumstance that the rated voltage is up to 450/750V AC.

(1) The long-time working temperature of conductor of PVC insulated cable is 70oC

The long-time working temperature of conductor of XLPE insulated cable is 90oC

(2)  The temperature for laying the cables cannot be lower than 0oC.Permissible bending radius(r):unarmoured cable:r≥6D;(D: outer diameter of the cable);armoured or copper-tape screened cable:r≥12D;shielded flexible cable:r≥6D

it has the advantages of not only high mechanical strength, good ambient stress resistance, excellent electrical properties and anti-chemical corrosion, but also simple construction, light weight and easy to use.This type of cable is applicable for connection of elecctrical equipment,  controlling, minitoring and protective system with A.C. rated voltage up to and including 450/750V.
