EET200m diepe gat boren horizontale CNC draaibankmachine
- De draaibankbewerking met behulp van FEA -eindige elementanalyse en gecombineerd met Pro/E 3 D -simulatieontwerp, maakt het rigide van de Diathe Unif orm -verdeling zonder zwakte;
- Het machineontwerp gebruikt de thermische symmetrische structuur voor de vervorming van uniforme onderdelen in het werkingsproces, om de thermische vorming van het draaibank minimum gedurende een lange tijd te waarborgen;
- Gebruik in alle links de speciale apparatuur, tol en de standaardisatie en het managementproces, houden zich aan het schraapwerk als de ambachtsman -technologie voor schrapen en slijpen;
- Om automatiseringsinterface te bieden, is u eenvoudig in te stellen productielijn.
- De hoofdas hanteert cilindrische rollag met dubbele rij en een hoge stijfheidsstructuur, wat aandacht besteedt aan hoge precisie en hoge stijfheid.
- Met de CNC Auto draaibankstructuur van een hoog precisie dynamische balans aan beide uiteinden, wordt de volledige dynamische balans van de roterende delen van de spindel gerealiseerd en is de dynamische balansprecisie 0,3 g, wat zorgt voor de high-speed en zeer nauwkeurige werking van de spil lange tijd.
