Voordelen van onze klepzitting
1. Weerstand op hoge temperatuur
De sterkte blijft stabiel tot 800 ℃ en kan zelfs tijdelijk worden gebruikt bij 1200 ℃.
2. Slijtvastheid
Dit heeft voornamelijk te maken met de unieke inherente kenmerken van de hardcarbidefase gedispergeerd in een
CoCr-legeringsmatrix , heeft een uitzonderlijke slijt- en slijtvastheid.
3. Corrosieweerstand
Door deze uitstekende en mooie eigenschap kunnen dit soort materiaalonderdelen worden gebruikt in olie en gas, drijfmest, zure vloeistoffen en andere media.
4. Productieproces
Poedermetallurgie pocess, het heeft een betere sterkte dan gietdelen, een betere korrelstructuur en het vermijden van de problemen veroorzaakt door gietfouten.
Klepbal en zitting van kobaltchroomlegering zijn zeer belangrijke onderdelen van oliebronpomp, ze verschijnen altijd samen en werken zeer goed samen, geen beter materiaal kan ze nu vervangen.
De ventielkogels zijn gemaakt van Kobalt Chrome Alloy 20 en Kobalt Chrome Alloy zitting zijn gemaakt van Kobalt Chrome Alloy 3. Ze vormen een goed team om het slijtage- en corrosieprobleem in het olie- en gaspimpproces te weerstaan.
