De kogel en zitting van de kobaltchroomlegering zijn zeer belangrijke onderdelen van de oliebronpomp, ze verschijnen altijd samen en werken heel goed samen, geen beter materiaal kan ze nu vervangen.
De ventielkogels zijn gemaakt van Cobalt Chrome Alloy 20 en de Cobalt Chrome Alloy- zitting zijn gemaakt van Cobalt Chrome Alloy 3. Ze vormen een goed team om het slijtage- en corrosieprobleem bij het pimpen van olie en gas te weerstaan.

1. Weerstand op hoge temperatuur
De sterkte blijft stabiel tot 800 ℃ en kan zelfs tijdelijk worden gebruikt bij 1200 ℃.
2. Slijtvastheid
Dat komt voornamelijk door de unieke inherente kenmerken van de hardcarbidefase gedispergeerd in een
CoCr-legeringsmatrix , het heeft uitzonderlijke slijtvastheid en weerstand tegen vreten.
3. Corrosiebestendigheid
Deze uitstekende en mooie eigenschap maakt het mogelijk om dit soort materiële onderdelen te gebruiken in olie & gas, slurry, zure vloeistof en alle andere media.
4. Productieproces
Poedermetallurgie, het heeft een betere sterkte dan gietdelen, een betere korrelstructuur en het vermijden van problemen veroorzaakt door gietfouten.
